# Reset or change your password

Reset a forgotten password, or change your password while logged in.

### **Forgot your password**

1.  Go to the [log in page](https://app.bipvisualized.com/users/sign_in) and click **Forgot your password?**
    
2.  Enter your email and submit.
    
3.  Open the email **Reset password instructions** from support@bipvisualized.com and click the link.
    
4.  Enter your new password twice and save. You can now log in.
    

> **Warning:** **Signed up with Google?** You may not have a password. Click **Sign in with Google** instead.

### **Change your password while logged in**

1.  Click **Settings**, then **Password**.
    
2.  Enter your **Current password**, your **New password** and **Confirm new password**.
    
3.  Click **Update**.
