As a team admin, you manage who is on your team yourself. You can have as many people on the team as your subscription has seats.
Click Settings (bottom of the left sidebar), then Team.
Click Invite Team Member.
Enter their Name and Email.
Choose a Role: Admin (can manage the team) or Member.
Click Send invitation.
They get an email, accept it and create their account. Until then they show as Awaiting response.
Next to anyone marked Awaiting response you see three options:
Resend Invite: sends the invitation email again.
Copy link: copies their personal invite link, so you can send it yourself (by Slack, text or your own email). Handy when your organization's email filter blocks our emails.
Edit: opens "Edit or cancel invitation". Change their Name, Email or Role and click Update invitation, or click Cancel Invite to withdraw it. Back returns to the team list.
At the top of the Team page you see how many seats you use, for example "27 of 34 seats used".
Click Settings, then Team.
Click Edit at the end of the person's row. The page "Editing account permissions for ..." opens.
To change their role, pick Admin or Member under Role and click Update Account user.
To remove them from your team, click Delete (bottom right).
On the same page you can also correct their Full name or Work email. Their mobile number is greyed out; only they can change it in their own profile.
Removing someone frees their seat, so you can invite someone else. The team owner (marked Owner, Admin) has no Edit option. To change the owner, contact support.
The Team page shows "Seat limit reached." To add someone, remove a person first, or ask for more seats (see Add seats or replace a team member).
Ask people to sign up with the exact email you invited. A different email creates a separate free account.
An email that is already on another BIP Visualized team cannot be invited ("Invite cannot be sent to this email"). Contact support and we will move them.
Only need someone to view one BIP or take one course? Share it instead. That is free and does not use a seat.
