Account Types & Access Guide

BIP Visualized offers four account types, each designed for a different type of user. This guide describes what each account can access and how to get started.

Free Account

The Free account is a permanent, no-credit-card-required account available to all new signups. It is ideal for BCBAs who want to explore the platform before committing, as well as parents, educators, and behavior staff who want access to curated visual resources.

Pricing: $0/month, free forever — no expiration, no credit card required.

What's included:

•       Create 1 visual BIP (shareable, but not downloadable as PDF)

•       View shared BIPs and strategies from Pro/Enterprise users

•       Access an ever-growing collection of free curated resources

•       Access additional resources shared directly with you

•       Access assigned courses

•       Customer service

•       100% HIPAA compliant

What's not included:

•       Downloading BIPs as PDF

•       Editing or customizing strategies

•       Sharing BIPs or resources with others

•       Inviting team members

•       Full access to the Strategy and Resource libraries

•       CEU courses (unless individually assigned)

Free accounts are also created for users who downgrade from a paid plan — the platform keeps the relationship open rather than deleting the account.

 Pro Account

The Pro account is the full-featured paid plan for individual practitioners and growing agencies. It provides unlimited access to all platform tools, resources, and courses.

Pricing: $34.95/user/month (monthly) or $29.95/user/month (yearly — save 14%)

The Pro plan is designed for individual practitioners. Team management features are available on the Enterprise plan.

Enterprise & School Districts

The Enterprise plan is designed for agencies and school districts purchasing for a full team, or organizations using purchase orders. Discounted pricing is available starting at teams of 5 users, with flexible options to fit different budgets.

Pricing: Custom discount packaging (contact BIP Visualized for a quote). Discounts start at teams of 5. Special pricing is also available for non-profits.

Everything in Pro, plus:

•       Discounted, volume-based pricing

•       Priority customer support

•       Ability to request new content and features

•       Live onboarding and team training on using the platform and supporting behavior with visuals (1 CEU included)

•       Admin ability to invite and manage team members directly in the app

•       Seat-based team management — adding seats in Stripe updates the team’s capacity in the app

How team seats work:

Enterprise admins can invite users up to their purchased seat limit. If a team has 50 seats and downgrades to 40, existing users are not auto-removed, but no new users can be added until seats become available. Admins can manage their team from the Team page inside the app.

Member / Stakeholder Account

A Member account is a free role created for teachers, parents, behavior technicians (BTs), or other staff who are invited by a Pro or Enterprise user to view a shared BIP, strategy, or course. Members do not need a paid account.

Pricing: $0 — always free for invited stakeholders.

What’s included:

•       View BIPs shared with them by a Pro or Enterprise user

•       View strategies shared with them

•       Access courses assigned or shared with them

•       Access resources shared with them

What’s not included:

•       Creating their own BIPs

•       Editing strategies

•       Inviting other users

•       Access to the full resource or strategy library

Members are prompted to create a free account when a BIP or course is shared with them via email. This allows them to view the shared content and access limited supplemental resources.

Who is BIP Visualized for?

BIP Visualized is designed for anyone responsible for leading behavior support, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, behavior specialists, mid-tier supervisors, school psychologists, special education teachers, and PBIS teams. With one account, users can create, customize, and share behavior strategies with staff, families, and educators, who can access shared resources for free.

Is BIP Visualized free for families?

Yes. When a Pro or Enterprise user shares a visual BIP or course with parents, behavior technicians, or teachers, those stakeholders are prompted to create a free account. This allows them to view the shared content and access limited supplemental resources at no cost.

Do we need to pay per BIP?

No. A Pro account gives unlimited access to create and share visual BIPs, along with full access to the expanding resource library.

What happens when a paid subscription ends?

When a paid subscription ends, the account downgrades to the Free tier rather than being deleted. This keeps the relationship open and allows the user to upgrade again at any time.

Do you offer discounts?

Is BIP Visualized HIPAA compliant?

Yes. BIP Visualized is fully HIPAA compliant. The platform has partnered with HIPAA compliance experts to ensure all practices, code, and data storage meet HIPAA regulations.

Will I be charged for a free account?

Never. The free account is $0/month with no credit card required and no expiration. Users can upgrade to Pro at any time.
