The Free account is a permanent, no-credit-card-required account available to all new signups. It is ideal for BCBAs who want to explore the platform before committing, as well as parents, educators, and behavior staff who want access to curated visual resources.
Pricing: $0/month, free forever — no expiration, no credit card required.

• Create 1 visual BIP (shareable, but not downloadable as PDF)

Free accounts are also created for users who downgrade from a paid plan — the platform keeps the relationship open rather than deleting the account.
The Pro account is the full-featured paid plan for individual practitioners and growing agencies. It provides unlimited access to all platform tools, resources, and courses.

The Pro plan is designed for individual practitioners. Team management features are available on the Enterprise plan.
The Enterprise plan is designed for agencies and school districts purchasing for a full team, or organizations using purchase orders. Discounted pricing is available starting at teams of 5 users, with flexible options to fit different budgets.

• Seat-based team management — adding seats in Stripe updates the team’s capacity in the app
How team seats work:
Enterprise admins can invite users up to their purchased seat limit. If a team has 50 seats and downgrades to 40, existing users are not auto-removed, but no new users can be added until seats become available. Admins can manage their team from the Team page inside the app.

A Member account is a free role created for teachers, parents, behavior technicians (BTs), or other staff who are invited by a Pro or Enterprise user to view a shared BIP, strategy, or course. Members do not need a paid account.
Pricing: $0 — always free for invited stakeholders.

• View BIPs shared with them by a Pro or Enterprise user
• View strategies shared with them
• Access courses assigned or shared with them
• Access resources shared with them
What’s not included:
• Creating their own BIPs
• Editing strategies
• Inviting other users
• Access to the full resource or strategy library
Members are prompted to create a free account when a BIP or course is shared with them via email. This allows them to view the shared content and access limited supplemental resources.

BIP Visualized is designed for anyone responsible for leading behavior support, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, behavior specialists, mid-tier supervisors, school psychologists, special education teachers, and PBIS teams. With one account, users can create, customize, and share behavior strategies with staff, families, and educators, who can access shared resources for free.
Yes. When a Pro or Enterprise user shares a visual BIP or course with parents, behavior technicians, or teachers, those stakeholders are prompted to create a free account. This allows them to view the shared content and access limited supplemental resources at no cost.
No. A Pro account gives unlimited access to create and share visual BIPs, along with full access to the expanding resource library.
When a paid subscription ends, the account downgrades to the Free tier rather than being deleted. This keeps the relationship open and allows the user to upgrade again at any time.
