To cancel
Click Settings (bottom of the left sidebar), then Billing.
Click Manage Plan. Your billing portal opens.
Click your Pro plan, then Cancel plan.
Optionally pick a reason, then click Cancel plan to confirm.
What happens next
Your plan stays active until the date shown, for example "Your plan stays active until October 25, 2027."
After that your account moves to the free plan. Your BIPs stay in your account.
You will not be charged again.
Check that it worked
Go back to Manage Plan. Your plan shows the date it ends instead of a renewal date.
Changed your mind? Open Manage Plan before the end date and renew the plan.
On a team or school plan? Billing shows "Please contact [email protected] to manage your subscription." Email [email protected] and we will help.
