# Why is a resource, strategy or course locked?

What the small crown means, which plan unlocks what, and what to do if something stays locked after you upgrade.

Some content is part of a paid plan. You can spot it by the **small crown** in the top left corner of the card. When you click it, a message opens that starts with "You found a premium..." and shows what unlocks it.

### **What unlocks what**

-   **Most strategies, resources and all CEU and PDU courses:** Pro (monthly or yearly) or a team plan.
    
-   **The RBT 40-Hour Course:** Pro Yearly or a team plan. The message says "You found a yearly course."
    
-   **The BCBA Supervision Curriculum:** a team plan. The message says "You found an Enterprise course."
    

### **Always free**

-   Resources and strategies without a crown.
    
-   Anything someone shares with you, including courses and the RBT 40-Hour Course. You do not need to upgrade to open it.
    

### **Still locked after you upgraded?**

1.  Go to **Settings > Billing** and check that it shows your paid plan.
    
2.  Log out and log back in.
    
3.  On a team? Make sure you are logged in with the exact email your admin invited. Another email means a separate free account.
