Images missing or text cut off when printing a PDF

Images or icons are blank

This usually happens in the Mac Preview app or a browser PDF viewer. Open the file in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader instead. The images will show.

Text is cut off or tiny

1. Print from Adobe Acrobat Reader.

2. Set the scale to Actual size or 100%, not "Fit" or "Shrink".

3. Check the paper size is Letter (US) or A4, matching your printer.
