Click Take the Test at the top of the course page. A form opens in a new tab.
Enter your email, your full name as it appears on your BACB account, your certification number and the date you finished.
Answer the quiz questions and submit.
If every answer is correct, your certificate is emailed to the address you entered. Keep it for your BACB records.

Check spam and the email address you typed in the form.
Allow a few business days.
Wrong name or date? Email [email protected] with the course name, the date you finished and your certification number.
Missed a question? Take the test again. Certificates are only sent when all answers are correct.
