When the certificate unlocks
The Generate Certificate button on the RBT 40-Hour Course page stays greyed out until both are true:
You completed every lesson (the counter shows "50 / 50 Completed").
At least 5 days and no more than 180 days passed between your first and your last lesson. This is a BACB training rule.
Videos cannot be skipped ahead, so a lesson counts as complete once you watched it to the end.
Generate your certificate
Click RBT 40-Hour Course in the left sidebar.
Click Generate Certificate.
Enter your name and your BACB ID exactly as on your BACB account.
Read the BACB statement and confirm it. This step shows every time, also when you edit your details later.
Your certificate is created. Download it as a PDF.
