The BCBA Supervision Curriculum helps BCBAs train their supervisees on the way to becoming BCBAs.
Who has access
Team plans (5 seats or more). It is not part of Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly. Want it for a single account? Visit bcbacurriculum.com.
What is in it
75 lessons: Introduction & Foundations, Parts 1 to 9 (from Behaviorism and Philosophical Foundations to Personnel Supervision and Management), and Group Training sessions. Each lesson is a slide deck with Supporting Materials, including a homework file.
How to use it in supervision
Start with the supervision resources. They give you the tools to run supervision: a fieldwork experience tracker, supervision contracts and consent forms, feedback surveys, a competency tracker and more.
Lead the meeting from the slides. Open a lesson, share your screen and walk through the slide deck together with your supervisee.
Make it personal. Pause on each topic to connect it to your current clients and your supervisee's goals.
Assign homework. Each lesson suggests homework options. Download the homework PDF under Supporting Materials and share it with your supervisee. As the supervisor, you decide what counts toward unrestricted hours.
