Page will not load or shows "Application error"

1. Refresh the page.

2. Log out and log back in.

3. Try another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) or a private window.

4. Turn off browser extensions such as ad blockers.

5. On a school or work network? Try another network, then ask IT to allow app.bipvisualized.com.

Downloading a BIP shows a blank tab

That is normal for up to 20 seconds while your PDF is built. Wait, and it will download.
